Delivery

Delivery Information

Our gift bouquets include delivery to mainland UK, the price you see is the price you pay. For flowers for funerals, delivery is included to the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire area only:

Delivery Timescales

For next day deliveries, please order by 2pm. Deliveries are only made Tuesday to Friday to Mainland UK. Saturday deliveries are charged an additional £15.00, please call to order for Saturday deliveries: 01623 464 371 or 01629 629 371

The price covers any UK Mainland addresses excluding the following scottish postcodes: HS1-9, IV41-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA62-76, PH42-44, ZE1-3, TD, DG, AB37-38, AB41-56, IV1-20, IV25, IV30-37,. IV63, KW6-10, KW14, PH15-26, PA21-35, PA37-39, PH33-49, IV21-24, IV26-28, IV40, KW5, KW11-13, FK19-21 and also Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man.

Extra Delivery information

If the recipient is unable to take delivery of the flowers, they will be left with a neighbour or returned to the depot.

A calling card will always be posted at the recipients address to inform them of the missed delivery.

Delivery details given by the customer must be correct, Tineke Floral Designs cannot be held responsible if details given by the customer are incorrect leading to a non-delivery.

In this instance, no refunds or replacements can be offered.
