By placing an order with Tineke Floral Designs, you are agreeing to the following terms:
Delivery
Same day delivery is sometimes possible. Please call Kerry direct for advice.
For next day deliveries, orders must be placed by 17.00pm.
We deliver locally Monday to Saturday, Sundays by special arrangement.
If the recipient is unable to take delivery of the flowers, they will be left with a neighbour or returned to the studio.
A calling card will always be posted at the recipients address to inform them of the missed delivery.
All products listed are subject to availability at the time of ordering and Tineke Floral Designs reserve the right to substitute flowers if we are unable to source the exact flowers as displayed. Substitutes will be of the same value and quality.
Delivery details given by the customer must be correct, Tineke Floral Designs cannot be held responsible if details given by the customer are incorrect leading to a non-delivery.
In this instance, no refunds or replacements can be offered.
