If you are unsure as to whether we will deliver to your address, please contact us for advice. We will happily deliver further if we possibly can.

Delivery Timescales

Same day delivery is sometimes possible. Please call Kerry direct for advice.
For next day deliveries, orders must be placed by 17.00pm (orders placed on Saturday before 17:00pm are delivered on Monday)
We deliver locally Monday to Saturday.

Extra Delivery information

If the recipient is unable to take delivery of the flowers, they will be left with a neighbour or returned to the studio.
A calling card will always be posted at the recipients address to inform them of the missed delivery.

Delivery details given by the customer must be correct, Tineke Floral Designs cannot be held responsible if details given by the customer are incorrect leading to a non-delivery.
In this instance, no refunds or replacements can be offered.

Upon delivery, flowers must be cared for as per instructions on the care card.
