Delivery Timescales
As all bouquets are made to order, same day delivery is sometimes possible. Please call us direct for advice: 01623 464 371 or 01629 629 371
For next day deliveries, please place orders by 21.00pm (orders placed on Saturday or Sunday before 21:00pm are delivered on Monday)
We deliver locally Monday to Saturday.
Extra Delivery information
If the recipient is unable to take delivery of the flowers, they will be left with a neighbour or returned to the studio or shop.
A calling card will always be posted at the recipients address to inform them of the missed delivery.
Delivery details given by the customer must be correct, Tineke Floral Designs cannot be held responsible if details given by the customer are incorrect leading to a non-delivery.
In this instance, no refunds or replacements can be offered.
Upon delivery, flowers must be cared for as per instructions on the care card.
